Puppy Yoga classes are popping up all over Toronto and as they should. Living in the moment with furry babies is good for the soul. We also offer Puppy Yoga Classes but with a twist! Not your typical Puppy Mat Yoga Class, our Puppy Hammock Hang Class is an AERIAL Yoga class. Using Aerial hammocks hung low enough that the puppies can come give you a smooch or you can scoop them up into your hammock with you. A certified Yoga instructor guides you through 40 min restorative AERIAL Yoga Class. The last 40 mins we drop the lights low, put on some gentle music and give you a little push while you sway with your puppy. No where else in Toronto is offering this class, we’ve worked to make sure this class is affordable and enjoyable.
